WHO WE WORK WITH

Built for Established
One-Day Bath Companies

InHome Growth is designed for remodeling companies that already create demand and need more discipline between the homeowner’s inquiry and the sales appointment.

Active Lead Flow

You already generate consistent fresh inbound leads from Meta or other paid advertising channels.

Financing and In-Home Sales

You offer financing and sell through structured 60 to 90-minute in-home consultations.

Sales and Installation Capacity

Your team has room for additional appointments, closed projects, and installation volume.

An Existing CRM and Calendar

You want qualified appointments documented inside the systems your team already uses.

Human Follow-Up

You want U.S.-based human setters representing your company, with no AI voice speaking to homeowners.

Best suited to established operators that need stronger follow-up and accountability, not companies that still need to build lead flow or sales capacity.

97%

of 1,040 surveyed U.S. homeowners said response time influences which home-service professional they hire.

79%

of 2,017 U.S. adults strongly preferred interacting with a human over an AI agent for customer service.

OUR PROCESS

How We Turn Leads Into Appointments

01

Fresh Lead Arrives

A fresh lead arrives directly from your active advertising campaigns.

02

A Human Setter Calls

A U.S.-based human setter makes up to three phone attempts.

03

We Qualify the Homeowner

The setter qualifies the homeowner using written, client-approved rules.

04

We Book and Document

A qualified appointment is booked on the client's current calendar with notes and the correct CRM disposition.

PRICING STRUCTURE

$325 Per Qualified Appointment Booked

$1,500 monthly minimum (credited toward appointment charges, not added on top). No setup fee.

Invoice is the greater of $1,500 or your total appointment charges ($325 per appointment).

A Qualified Appointment meets every qualification criterion in the signed agreement at the time it is booked. It remains billable if the homeowner later cancels, no-shows, or does not buy. The appointment fee pays for contact speed, qualification against your written rules, direct calendar booking, and two confirmation calls. We own and document that process inside your CRM. We do not control a homeowner's later schedule or the performance of the representative who runs the appointment, so those events do not reverse the booking fee.

One Clear Handoff

Marketing creates the lead. Your sales team runs the appointment. InHome Growth owns the work between them.

Jesse brings 16 years of experience selling high-ticket products and leading phone sales teams. COMMON QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our qualification and appointment setting process.

Can we keep our current advertising and lead sources?

Yes. You keep the advertising and lead sources you already use. InHome Growth owns the human response, follow-up, qualification, booking, and confirmation process after an inbound lead enters your system.

Can you work inside our current CRM and calendar?

Yes. We call, document, update the pipeline, and book appointments inside the systems you already use. There is no forced CRM migration or new texting platform.

Will the first call begin immediately and continue after Day 1?

Yes. The first call attempt begins in under 60 seconds during calling hours. We make three attempts on Day 1, then follow up twice daily for up to 90 days until the homeowner books, declines, opts out, or is disqualified.

Will you use our exact qualification rules and book directly into our calendar?

Yes. We build your services, territory, property, financing, project, homeowner, and decision-maker requirements into the qualification standard, then book qualified homeowners directly into the correct calendar with notes and dispositions.

Are all homeowner calls handled by U.S.-based humans?

Yes. Every homeowner conversation is handled by a U.S.-based human setter. We do not use AI voice to speak with homeowners.

Are day-before and day-of confirmation calls included?

Yes. Every booked appointment receives a day-before and a day-of confirmation call. We reconfirm the project, appointment time, visit expectations, and who is expected to attend. If the homeowner tries to cancel, we address the objection and work to preserve or reschedule the appointment.

Is the pricing simple and transparent?

Yes. There is no setup fee. Qualified Appointments are billed at $325 each, subject to a $1,500 monthly minimum. The minimum is credited toward appointment charges and is not added on top.

Can we keep our sales team and avoid creating internal setter payroll?

Yes. Your salespeople continue running the in-home consultation, presenting the solution, and closing the project. InHome Growth owns the work between the homeowner form submission and your sales calendar, so you add the human response layer without hiring, training, or managing an internal setter team.

Will we have call-review and quality-control visibility?

Yes. Jesse reviews calls, setter performance, qualification accuracy, scripts, notes, dispositions, and appointment quality. Your team receives visibility into the work happening inside your CRM.

Is setup included?

Yes. There is no setup fee. Setup is completed within two to four business days after we receive your system access, calendars, qualification rules, and company information.

Before You Buy More Leads, See What Happens to the Ones You Already Have.

The free Response Audit shows what a homeowner experiences after submitting your company's form and exactly where the handoff breaks down. If the process is already strong, we will say so.

Same Lead. Same Ad Spend. Faster Human Follow-Up.

A U.S.-based team that works every lead you already paid for. Immediate contact, persistent follow-up, qualification against your rules, and two confirmation calls before your rep drives.

A call center fills your calendar. We fill it using your rules. Keep the same ads, CRM, calendar, salespeople, and rules. We work inside the system you already use. Once access and rules are ready, we can launch. Service is month to month under the signed agreement. You pay per qualified appointment, and the monthly minimum is credited toward those fees.

Under 60 Seconds

A U.S.-based real person is dialing before the lead cools. The setter applies your written qualification rules, not a generic script. The voice is human, never AI.

100x
The Five-Minute Advantage

Teams were far more likely to reach a web lead when they called within five minutes instead of waiting 30.

Days 1 to 90

A fast first call is not enough. If no one answers, we try three times on Day 1. Then we follow up twice a day from Days 2 through 90. We stop when the homeowner books, says no, opts out, or does not meet your rules.

Most Leads Get Left Behind
27%

In the research, sales teams reached only about 27 out of every 100 web leads. They did not connect with the other 73.

T-minus 24 Hours and T-minus 4 Hours

We call about 24 hours and again about 4 hours before the appointment. We confirm the time, project, and who will be there. If the homeowner wants to cancel, a trained person tries to save or reschedule the appointment.

Why response time matters

Half of Your Leads Arrive
When Nobody Is Working.

52%
of home-improvement leads arrive outside standard business hours.
85%
Same-Night Contact Rate
Respond within minutes of an after-hours submission.
vs.
35%
Next-Morning Contact Rate
Wait until the next morning to respond.
The After-Hours Gap
Your ads keep generating demand after the office closes.
The advantage is responding while the homeowner is still engaged, not waiting for the next shift to begin.

After-hours lead response

A Bath Lead Arrives Friday at 7:17 PM.

A homeowner submits the form Friday evening after the office closes. A U.S.-based setter starts calling during legal calling hours, while the project is still fresh. If the homeowner answers, we use your rules and book the right appointment. If there is no answer, we keep following up until there is a clear outcome.
