Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply only to the public website and free Response Audit.

Paid appointment-setting, consulting, or other services require a separate signed agreement. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls the paid services.

Submitting a form does not create a paid client relationship, exclusivity, partnership, employment relationship, or obligation to purchase services.

Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old to use the website or request an audit.

You may request an audit for a company only if you are its owner or an authorized representative. You agree to provide accurate information and promptly correct material errors.

Response Audit Permission

When you select the audit-permission checkbox, you authorize RELA Industries LLC to submit one controlled test inquiry through your company’s public website form and document the resulting calls, texts, and emails solely to prepare your Response Audit. This permission does not authorize unrelated marketing texts from InHome Growth.

• Observe and document the resulting calls, texts, and emails, including response timing and content
• Preserve relevant timestamps, messages, screenshots, and notes
• Prepare and share the audit with the authorized requester

We will not use this permission to access private accounts, bypass access controls, or interfere with company systems.

You acknowledge that company systems or personnel may respond to the test inquiry. You are responsible for confirming that you have authority to permit the audit.

A Response Audit is a limited, point-in-time review. It may not identify every problem and is not a legal, regulatory, cybersecurity, financial, or accounting review. It does not guarantee appointments, attendance, sales, revenue, return on investment, or any other business result.

We may decline or limit an audit when information is incomplete, authority is unclear, or the audit could create legal, security, or operational risk.

Communications

When you provide contact information and submit a Response Audit request, you authorize us to call or email you about the audit request, scheduling, and related services.

You may withdraw consent by asking us to stop, using an unsubscribe option when provided, or contacting us directly.

Nothing in these Terms expands the consent stated at the point where your information is collected.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity
• Submit an audit request for a company without proper authority
• Impersonate another person or provide materially false information
• Attempt to access restricted systems or accounts
• Introduce malicious code or interfere with website operation
• Scrape, copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without written permission
• Infringe the rights of RELA Industries LLC or another person

Intellectual Property

The website and its text, graphics, branding, design, and other content are owned by or licensed to RELA Industries LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We give you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use the website for lawful business evaluation. No ownership rights are transferred.

An audit prepared for your company may be used internally for business evaluation. You may not resell it or represent it as an independent legal or compliance certification.

You retain ownership of information you submit. You give us permission to use it as reasonably necessary to operate the website, conduct the requested audit, communicate with you, and comply with law.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

The website may use or link to third-party services. We do not control their availability, content, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and free Response Audit are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not warrant that the website or audit will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for every purpose. Information on the website is general business information and is not legal, compliance, financial, accounting, or cybersecurity advice.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RELA Industries LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the website or free Response Audit.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of RELA Industries LLC arising from the website or free Response Audit will not exceed $100.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Suspension and Changes

We may suspend or discontinue the website or free Response Audit when reasonably necessary for security, legal, operational, or business reasons.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new Last Updated date. Revised Terms apply prospectively from their stated effective date.

Governing Law and Venue

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any court proceeding relating to these Terms must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

General Terms

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the complete agreement governing the website and free Response Audit.
